First Class Token Platform ‘Verto’ Launches ‘Verto Token’
Premier Token Platform ‘Verto Exchange Token’ announces the launch of the Verto Token and upcoming Initial Coin Offering (ICO).
The rise of a Global Economy has created an urgent need for a way to conveniently and securely do business on a global scale. The Verto Platform addresses this need by offering users a system that is able to quickly and cost effectively complete cross border transactions; thus, enabling more businesses and individuals to participate more actively in the global marketplace.
The Verto Team created the Verto Exchange Token [VXT] to provide the liquidity required in order for the Verto Platform to function as expected and in order to provide transparency for partners, vendors and users. The liquidity will be garnered through an ICO of the Verto Exchange Token to investors in the upcoming months. Investors who choose to participate in the ICO by purchasing the Verto Token will benefit from the Verto Team’s generous profit sharing model.
The Verto Exchange Token [VXT] will be a pure proof-of-stake cryptocurrency and its algorithm will not be dependent on ‘coin-age’ implementation and will be resistant to the ‘nothing at stake’ problem. A total quantity of 300,000,000 tokens will be made available and distributed in the genesis block. Sha256 and cryptography (curve25519) will be used to offer balance of security and processing power in the Verto network.
On average, blocks will be generated in intervals of 60 seconds by accounts that are unlocked on the network nodes. Token redistribution will be through inclusion of transaction fees awarded to accounts that successfully create a block through the forging process (similar to the mining process used by Bitcoin). Transactions will be considered safe after 10 block confirmations.
