Betting was a problem in india at least so could be defined illegal in many countries

P.S Tamil nadu has never supported any betting even lucky draws on amazon app is not accepted form of betting
Haha. In India everything is Laws are very grey.
Also, the beauty of the blockchain is that you can use international betting channels and move your PPY tokens to LTC or BTC or maybe STEEM and then use them into some other project. Which is acceptable in your respective countries. That's a way around it I guess. :-)
