Crypto wallets for a new era: Reviews & Updates of TELOS and BTC Subsidium

Transcendence blockchain is a megaproject that supports two cryptocurrencies currently: Teloscoin (TELOS) and Bitcoin Subsidium (XBTX). Both currencies have their own function and are used in active Transcendence blockchain projects.

Teloscoin (TELOS) wallet

Teloscoin (TELOS) is a cryptocurrency built on the Transcendence blockchain with a purpose to serve various activities in everyday life. TELOS is provided by a network of more than 1400 nodes, so we can say that the security of transactions is at a high level.

Desktop:

TELOS uses the qt wallet available for Desktop, Windows, Linux and macOS operating systems. You can find it on the official GitHub of Transcendence blockchain:

Windows users only have to unzip the wallet ZIP file and run the .exe program. After that, it is necessary to select the folder in which it will be installed (it is recommended to create a new folder on the hard disk) and start the installation after which the wallet will start the file synchronization.

New UI for TELOS wallet almost done

For now, the plan is the update after which TELOS wallet will not look like the previous version. This is not a fork, just an update of the UI interface that will give a fresh and incomparably beautiful appearance to the TELOS wallet itself (look at picture right).

To avoid waiting while the wallet synchronizes all files from the beginning (genesis block) bootstrap can be used. Bootstrap is a name for files created recently and it can be used to synchronize our wallet for a much shorter time. We can find the Bootstrap for TELOS Wallet on GitHub:

We copy folders and files from the bootstrap folder into our TELOS wallet folder. Then we launch a wallet that will now synchronize the blocks for a much shorter time and immediately be ready to send and receive TELOS coin.

All mentioned above can be applied to wallets for users with Linux and macOS operating systems, but it is recommended to compile a wallet (advanced users) before use for the sake of efficiency and stability of work on these operating systems.

Mobile:

Teloscoin (TELOS) Wallet for Android and iOS is also available for download. We can emphasize that the iOS TELOS wallet has proven to be very fast and efficient, while the Android version is waiting for an update, which is currently under development by the developer team. After that, it is expected to be as much efficient as the iOS wallet is, in terms of performance.

The Transcendence blockchain team doesn’t want to stop at the QT wallet when it comes to the desktop. For this reason, they are already working on a plan to create a Transcendence dashboard that should serve as a unified software in which users can get the opportunity of numerous crypto activities.

Bitcoin Subsidium (XBTX) wallet

XBTX is a cryptocurrency created as a coin complementary to TELOS within the Transcendence blockchain. It is a mining coin of the X16R algorithm and can be mined only if you own a BLUEBOX device (blueboxing.net). It is currently in the pre-mine phase.

Desktop:

At this moment, the Bitcoin Subsidium desktop wallet is not available for download. But all Piggybank 2.0 owners have an XBTX wallet within the AEROS-OS operating system powered by Piggybank 2.0.

Mobile:

The situation is different when it comes to the XBTX Android wallet. It can be downloaded and used on the Google play store. If you have a Bluebox, all you have to do is to create an XBTX address in your wallet. Then, enter the address into your Bluebox control panel so that all XBTX coins can arrive at your Mobile Wallet.
