I think there will always be piracy because it would be impossible to prosecute all individuals involved. How will the blockchain deal with taxes? I think in these early years, tax isn't an issue that's taken seriously but that will probably have to change.
I think taxes also could be charged based on the information saved in the blockchain. That will depend on the protocol made for the specific use I guess
