People just need to stay rational in these circumstances. BAT was batshit crazy and just a hype cycle as far as I was concerned, however, there are some like Exscudo that have a real product that they are ready to release and you could get a great deal on the ICO. It's just about doing your homework up front.. as with any investing
It is normal, all the people want to be a part of this technological wave without a minimal knowledge.
