Yup - I was thinking to mention them but the piece was already running on a bit. I have used them - especially last year but they have major ongoing issues and even when the web interface is up, the liquidity is too low for any meaningful trading. Sometimes orders take months to fill. But they were one of the pioneers so worth a mention. Thanks for the comment.
