Looking for VP of Operations for Blockchain Company

Responsibilities
· Liaise with CEO to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
· Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of business to drive growth and ensure smooth progress.
· Supervise staff from different teams and provide constructive feedback.
· Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.

Requirements
· Extensive knowledge of crypto and blockchain
· Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
· In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles.
· Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
· Bachelor’s degree or above obtained from US Universities
· Bilingual in English and Mandarin
· Willingness to travel and ability to work autonomously
