Introduction
Dominium is a Blockchain based platform which is providing services such as property financing, property listing and property management with fully automated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Support Ticket System. This platform is developed by two companies named Munte Immobilien (MI) established in 1833 and Max Property Group (MPG) established in 2016. Both the companies are based on property financing and management services with hundreds of millions of Euros of real estate assets under ownership and management.
The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor Child Chain which was evolved from the Nxt Blockchain. This Child Chain system decentralizes the trade of assets and allow full transparency on property finance products, property listings and rental, investor holdings and sale agreements.
