IPO is always better than BUYOUT.

Sometimes BUYOUT destroys a running small company with great potential.
But even on Blockchain based platforms, these two strategies are applicable.
So its a win-win situation, I guess !
If followed the P2P strategy, not only the improvement will be rooftopped, the public will also find them interesting ! :D
