SegWit transactions used more, Bitcoin mempool clearing out

Mempool seems to be cleared, I hear it's because of increased hashing power and new block being mined every 8 minutes instead of 10...

Well it is weekend, but SegWit use has spiked up to 19%...
Transaction fees are getting lower, but who knows what the future holds...
