I agreed about too many scams, but the difference, the innovation of ICOs is actually it's openness and it's decentralization, meaning risk is part of the idea. Take as an example the over regulated, centralized IPOs. (Initial Public Offering) They are 'secure' but overly selected. Do not get me hard, use your capacity of discernment in the ICO ecosystem and stop your campaign to regulate ICOs please. If you really want security buy IPO shares.
