A Blockchain Dapp for a decentralized education network…

I want to develop a Blockchain Dapp for a decentralized education network that would be an experts-exchange. Users would include students, instructors, workers, and employers. It would be a platform with Blockchain currency incentivized participation and provide capabilities like Coursera, edX, FutureLearn, and Kahn Academy, but it would be based on Ethereum. It would provide training content as lectures, labs, and assignments, and it would test knowledge with certification exams. It would integrate with GitHub, YouTube, and Stack Overflow but it would track reputation points in Ethereum currency. Is anyone interested in doing this with me?
