I agree with you. PRL is still very cheap and KuCoin is VERY cheap at the moment. KuCoin did have some growing pains, but they are new and still learning. And I feel that they are taking steps in the right direction. Once confidence returns to KuCoin, their price has the potential to explode. Looking at their chart, I also think that they bottomed out, or at least close to bottomed out. Good luck!
