Blockchain State - Dangerous utopia or real chance?

Questions that have preoccupied me for a long time:

Would it be possible to create an Internet state that represents people all over the world on an equal footing and in compliance with human rights? A (first) parallel to the nation states, an existing Internet state with the goal and claim to represent all people in the globalized world fairly and to be able to meet their basic needs (food, health, Internet, global equal opportunities). A world community state in which all citizens of the world can participate in solidarity - without borders as in the case of nation states.

• Does the Blockchain technology make the utopia of an Internet state possible?
• Are there already projects with the same goal?
• Which state tasks could be managed by the block chain?
• What dangers do you see?

I am looking forward to your thoughts, inspiration, links, criticism, new ideas and contacts.

Blockchain Staat - Gefährliche Utopie oder echte Chance? 

Fragen, die mich schon lange beschäftigen:

Wäre es möglich einen Internet-Staat zu Gründen, der Menschen weltweit gleichberechtigt und unter Einhaltung der Menschenrechte repräsentiert? Ein (zunächst) parallel zu den Nationalstaaten existierender Internet-Staat mit dem Ziel und Anspruch alle Menschen in der globalisierten Welt fair zu repräsentieren und dessen Grundbedürfnisse ( Nahrung, Gesundheit, Internet, globale Chancengleichheit) erfüllen zu können. Ein World-Community-Staat an dem sich alle Weltbürger solidarisch beteiligen können - ohne Grenzen wie bei Nationalstaaten?

• Macht die Blockchain-Technologie die Utopie eines Internet-Staates möglich?
• Gibt es schon Projekte mit demselben Ziel?
• Welche staatlichen Aufgaben könnte man über die Blockchain verwalten?
• Welche Gefahren seht ihr?
