Blockchain phone : I will preorder one :)
HTC - Exodus 1- The phone contains a wallet that’s kept in a secure area “protected from the Android OS. HTC's Exodus 1 comes with a secluded area kept separate from the Android operating system it runs on to keep a customer's cryptocurrency safe.
The benefit of keeping this area of the phone separate from Android was that Google's OS is "fundamentally insecure with a centralized system," and therefore storing cryptocurrency using Android would make a user's funds more vulnerable to a hack.
The blockchain-based phone is part of HTC's shifting strategy regarding smartphones, which will prioritize software and intellectual property.
HTC's new phone will run decentralized applications, digital programs that operate on the blockchain. It also comes with a "Social Key Recovery" function
