Basically, Senno will provide a way for businesses to really understand how their customers actually feel about their service, brand, product etc. The sharing of user generated content will allow Senno to analyze what consumers really think, unlike a survey with specific questions, sentiment analysis can use algorithms to understand what the consumer’s actual perception is.
