This creates some difficulties, despite the fact that pharmaceutical companies are constantly developing and implementing the latest technology. The statistics show that the growth of medical preparations is increasing, the transportation of which is carried out in the "cold chain" system.

This is a system in which the storage and delivery of medicines is carried out with the maintenance of a certain temperature-humidity regime from the manufacturer to the consumer. This leads to an increase in the cost of transporting heat-sensitive medical products. However, many of the existing methods of delivery and packaging do not meet the requirements for the storage and transportation of such sensitive medicines.

The problem is that in the case of temperature changes, such drugs and vaccines can no longer be used, because they lose their healing properties. As the statistics show, for reasons of violation of the rules of storage and transportation of medicinal products, their destruction exceeds $2 billion annually.

Taking into account all these facts, the Good Distribution Practices Manual - GDP was created. This guide includes the necessary standards for the delivery of medications.

And here there is one more problem-inefficiency and complexity of the logistical process. After all, in order to deliver a package from one country to another, you need a huge number of documents and emails (about 200). All this leads to the need to keep a huge number of employees to organize the whole process and create documents and messages. All this leads to the appearance of many difficulties in the logistics of medical products.
