The Bitcoin Network is seen by most people as free from challenges, but I tell you the case is not what you think. It has a lot of challenges such as it is slow in confirmation, insufficient transaction capacity, and high handling fees. The Bitcoin Network is not viable to fix existing key problems because of its highly distributed nature. Because of these problems, other people have the tendency of developing new projects rather than amending the Bitcoin's project such as Ethereum, Stellar, Monero and many others. These new projects created to solve Bitcoin's network challenges are all fruitless and could you imagine that these projects are not benefiting from one another? Now, this is where MIXIN has revolutionized to solve the aforementioned challenges faced by projects and individuals. It is not too late for the existing once (projects) to collaborate or integrate with the MIXIN NETWORK so as to benefit from one another and to acquire more efficacy on their platform. WHAT IS MIXIN.ONE NETWORK

The Mixin network is a free and lightning fast peer-to-peer transactional network for digital assets. It is a UTXO transaction network, aimed at transaction functionalities and privacy fortification. Mixin Network is a creation of a single theoretically permanent Kernel, different multipurpose Domain Extensions and, many dynamic Domains to invent an extended star topology. Mixin Network is a public distributed ledger to permit any public distributed ledgers to gain trillions of transactions per second (TPS), zero transaction charges, sub-second final confirmation, enhanced privacy and unlimited extensibility.

The Mixin network powerhouse is the Mixin Kernel which is a distributed network, it is a high performance distributed ledger that mainly verifies asset transactions but does not produce assets whatsoever. The Mixin Domain feeds the Mixin kernel with assets (assets from Bitcoin, Ethereum, banks or other blockchain assets), and every single Mixin domain is a distributed ledger. Each of this Mixin Domain has several Domain extensions attached to them. The Mixin platform (kernel and domain) are decentralized open source.

INTRODUCING THE MIXIN KERNEL

Like I have previously mentioned, the Mixin kernel which adopts the UTXO model of bitcoin is the powerhouse of Mixin network that handles transactions and CryptoNotes one-time key derivation algorithm to enhance traders and investors privacy, it is a fast-asynchronous Byzantine (BFT) fault-tolerant directed acyclic graph to handle unspent transaction outputs within limited Kernel Nodes. The sole part that handles transactions and CryptoNotes one-time key derivation algorithm is called the Ghost Output.
Mixin kernel being asynchronous BFT requires 10000 XIN (Mixin token) as a pledge to each Mixin Kernel Nodes (50 Kernel Nodes is available on the Mixin Network), this kernel can only be functional with 7 Kernel Nodes joined. The Mixin Byzantine consensus is secured by disciplinary PoS that identifies a Node an attacker if the Node tried to transmit a noticeable double spend snapshot.
The Mixin Kernel runs on a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) that ensures three core security and trust factors (see list below) in the Mixin Kernel making it more secure by utilizing the Intel SGX

All Kernel nodes should run the same consensus ruleset.
Mixin Kernel will be trusted due to the Intel SGX enclave, even when the Kernel is controlled by several earlier Kernel nodes.
Distributed Domain communications will be much more secure.

For the convenient of an account balance, the Mixin Ligh Node which is a simplified payment verification Node to Mixin kernel, stores every unspent output.
