Mr Pele is the file keeper of the community. He comes around every start of a new week and collect files from all his customers, documents the files in his possession and stored them in a secure place till they are needed by there respective owners then he retrieve the files and hand them over to his customers and he is payed his fees for a job welldone.
Being into the these sort of bussines that has to do with him handling very important documents, security and safety of the documents he is collecting are paramount.
Mr Pele stored these documents on clouds, external hard disc and sometimes he even have to use more than one external hard disc in other for him to duplicate the documents thereby giving him some sort of assurance that these files are safe.
But deep down in his mind Mr Pele knew the risk he is taking by storing these files the way he store them.
Many things could go wrong. The external hard disc could be corrupted by virus, the cloud could just not retrieve his file when he want to which could be as a result of it being down due to many factors.
Imagen if he decide to print everything in hardcopy imagen how voluminous it would be and how more difficult it would be to store them and ensure they are properly stored.
All these challenges is what has forced Mr Pele in reconsidering the line of bussines he is into and making him to think about making a change. But with the emergence of the game changer I want to inform Mr Pele and all those in his shoes to worry no more.
