What is SpringRole and how does it works

SpringRole is a professional social network, like LinkedIn, but with a number of features, the most important one - decentralization.

There are several functions available to users: in addition to the main one - posting resumes, community members can engage in affirming the skills of others. To do this, it will be necessary to pass preliminary certification, but a user who has confirmed his competence in a particular sphere can receive additional income, acting as an expert-attestor.

Users can send request for skill approval themselves (this is the fastest way to increase your attractiveness in the eyes of employers) or the company can request attestation of the applicant.

In addition to the search for new employees companies will be also able to confirm competence and working experience of their former specialists (also receiving income for this). This function can also be performed by universities and training centers, confirming the education level of their students, as well as conducting exams for individual requests to confirm skills.

Spring Token economics and ICO details

Spring Token is compliant with the ERC-20 standard. The token is used for all internal transactions: fees for attestation, evaluating applicants according to specified parameters, gaining access to personal information, etc.
