IP Exchange - Demand Breeds Supply
Probably one of the most popular idea used by blockchain startups is the employment of inactive resources of users. It’s used to offer to employ CPU horsepower, free space of the hard disk, graphic processor etc. IP Exchange project initiates IP addresses pooling. Through the use of blockchain and smart contracts, startup wants to create a platform for their refundable lease.
Relevance.

The developers of IP Exchange are creating the platform, where IP addresses lease is possible. Reciprocal payments between customer and supplier are made through the use of IPSX token.
Customer may lease an address on the period from 5 seconds to 1 month.
All financial issues are formalized through the use of smart contracts. All history of connections is recorded in blockchain.
The platform comprised of 2 levels
Users’ level. Any participant can place his address into public domain and receive a reward for it. In the same way, anyone can rent IP-address from the base of several millions ones.
Application’s level. It’s used by apps developers and services providers.They can integrate their product into the platform or create dApp.
ICO
ICO begins 28th of February and ends 5th of March 2018. ISPX token is being created on the basis of the ERC-20 protocol and will be functioning on the Ethereum platform.
1 800 000 000 tokens will be generated in total. Half of them (900 millions) will be distributed among investors. 360 000 000 (20%) ISPS will be transferred to the team and strategic partners. Bounty will accumulate 45 000 000 (2,5%) of tokens. 495 000 000 (27.5%) ISPX will be used for rewarding first participants and strategic partners.
It’s planned to raise $10 200 000 or 10 800 ETH during the ICO. One ISPX token valued at $0,0133 or 0,00001 ETH. Investments are accepted at Ethereum only.
Arrival of 1 ETH to smart contract will be an event generating certain amount of tokens. There will be no generating, minting and tokens mining after ICO. Unsold tokens will be allocated later among investors according their level of participation.
The term of transferring tokens to investors isn’t known yet. The information will be provided later.
Conclusion
Only 6 days of token distribution will likely create boom around it.
Interesting and useful idea will motivate a lot of audience to join after appearing of the platform’s release version (Q3, 2018). Therefore, the token will be on demand and liquid.
Large and rapidly-growing market with the high plough back will be attracting attention of users along with investors. Additionally, there are yet no competitors of the projects.
Those and other reasons make investments into IP exchange to be highly-attractive.
