I don't think they would every do anything like this in the U.S., it would be too hard to manipulate and too transparent. However, I think it would be amazing if it could happen.

    Agreed @melek, too much transparency is not good for corruption and my countries government are openly corrupt.. Agreed I would support a blockchain as well.
