The ACLYD project is initiating a process that will lead to effective licensing and purchasing of alcohols by certified users through its smart contracts. In order to achieve their perfect aim of distribution of alcoholic beverages with their digital ACLYD currency, the ACLYD project is first going to undertake the production of secure consumer wallets where the tokens can be stored. These wallets are given to initiate worldwide online sales of alcohols down to the door steps of the users. In compliance with the local consumption rules of countries concerning under age drinking, the ACLYD Wallet is coded with a KYC specification to properly limit illegal consumption of alcohol by minors. The portable ability of the wallet will ensure smooth flow of the distribution system of the platform. The ACLYD platform has initiated plans for the first alcoholic beverage company to be integrates into their flow system. The Tequila alcoholic plant has been the first projected group to partner with the platform but there is a catch. The Mexican producing owners of the alcohol company have always taken advantage of the instability in tequila market prices caused by the large demand for its intake on a global stage. This causes unnecessary price hike at their own discretion, leaving distributors with a mountain to climb to get a true valuation. This disrupts the desired market flow of the Tequila product. Therefore to prevent these unwanted cases of desperation by alcohol manufacturers, the ACLYD project employs the usage of smart contracts effected by their ACLYD token to bring the distributors and the Tequila manufacturers to agree on a futures price for market stability of the platform. Let's take for instance that a farmer that cultivates the Algave plant, which is the primary source for the production of Tequila wants to enter his products into the market, he can then go into an agreement based on a smart contract with an ACLYD distributor to sell to him at a particular Futures price which will happen on an agreed date, regardless of what happens with the market situation of the plant in question.

The ACLYD Distribution Execution
As mentioned before, the ACLYD platform will deploy the first alcohol client relationship with the Tequila alcoholic beverage company. The ACLYD platform wishes to get the supply flow through the mid market suppliers of the alcoholic content. The contractors of the distribution chain are a US based company while their suppliers are mostly Mexican. The ACLYD Wallet and tokens are used in this execution process to ensure a smooth sale operation. The suppliers of the ACLYD based distribution is not required to enforce the use of the tokens on the contracting parties but rather is encouraged to instruct them on the ACLYD token benefits. The consumers still reserve the right to choose the currency for their transaction but if the wholesalers can buy into the tokens, it will ease up the whole flow process of the alcohol door to door digital distribution sales.
