In Elliott Wave terms, TLM began a red wave one advance on April 13. The red wave one peaked on April 13 and the red wave two (blue sub-waves a-b-c) correction ended on April 24. If this wave count is correct, TLM should be heading next towards the April 13 peak in the red wave three.
