if (blocknumber > 115000)
maxblocksize = largerlimit

It can start being in versions way ahead, so by the time it reaches that block number and goes into effect, the older versions that don't have it are already obsolete.

When we're near the cutoff block number, I can put an alert to old versions to make sure they know they have to upgrade.

The Bitcoin community is getting pretty large now and we have our own news outlets that are tracking the Blocksize debate pretty closely. This is how BU intends to signal the Blocksize increase and my guess is that everyone should have about a month advanced notice. This is plenty of time to get everyone prepared for the fork as they are already laser focused on the issue.

Please consider adding beyondbitcoin tag to this. Nice find :)
