INTRODUCTION

The global traffic that accrues from mobile users is ever increasing with a number in the vicinity of 18.5 million exabytes. This is due to the global digitization of the world. This growth is ushered by many factors including the increase in mobile internet connections of personal devices and machine-to-machine (M2M) connections. This trend was, no doubt, facilitated by instant messenger which has surpassed voice communication in traffic generation. Bubbletone will leverage on this trend to provide a platform based on the blockchain technology that can bring a better experience to the ever increasing mobile phone users.

PROBLEM STATEMENT
The current centralised system is riddled with a number of problems which affect the service providers and their customers separately. Some of these problems are mostly experienced in the localisation of service providers which does not permit a customer to continue using the SIM after leaving a region except through roaming terms which is a strenuous thing for most travellers.

Problem for regional Carriers
The localisation of regional carriers cause them to lose a lot of money because of the lack of their service outside their location. This problem of lack of service gives subscribers the option of hopping over to another carrier in the new region thereby cutting the revenue that accrues to their previous carrier. This problem is compounded by the high cost and difficulty of supporting roaming by small regional carriers.
Problem of subscribers
Subscribers are always restrained from moving to new network in the case of poor quality services because there is no effective local roaming service in the region. Subscribers outside their home region prefer changing their SIM which comes with its own risks instead of going for roaming sue to the fact that the roaming market is monopolized by mobile network operators.

Regional carriers
Regional carriers will avoid the need to engage in roaming agreements just by connecting to the Bubbletone blockchain. These mobile carriers will be able to connect via a simple application programming interface (API). Using the Bubbletone blockchain messenger, mobile carriers will provide their subscribers a platform where they can continue with their mobile numbers when abroad. Keeping subscribers will keep the carriers from loosing any money.
Subscribers

Subscribers will have the capacity to buy virtual number in about 60 countries as well as enjoy other mobile communication packages in different countries depending on their local tariff plans.

TOKEN INFORMATION
Bulbbletone blockchain is powered by a universal mobile token (UMT) which is a utility token compatible with ERC20 wallet. A total of 1 billion tokens will be created with a hardcap of 15 million USD. Tokens will be distributed at the pre-ICO and ICO stages. All leftover tokens will be destroyed. The currency that will be used for exchange is the ETH.
