Startups take years, white papers didn’t do Crypto justice in 2017
Prices are down but we are being a bit more realistic now

Non accredited investors buying poor projects, not researching and not investing in quality.
When company issues white paper, you are betting that they can set up the economy that underlies their business.

Start building first then after the dust settles maybe launch an ICO

Helium’s mission is to build a network that any device can connect easily and affordable. Crypto fits need for Helium.
Build network but open source that element since it costs billions to build out a network.

Start ups working on a mission of empowering the consumer and its users. Let them monetize themselves.
