CRYPTOCARZ: THE VR RACING EXPERIENCE!

My brother is a technology freak! He swoons over vrooming beauties and beasts alike. Keeping track of latest innovations and additions to the Lamborghini or Bugatti or even the Benz Racing cars is his hobby. Knowing very well that he can never in his life lay a hand on any of these. I once got an opportunity with him to witness a car racing event and was flabbergasted at the speed, precision, and automation these racing cars and their teams possessed. At the wink of an eye, tires changed, refueled and vroom goes the car. Adrenaline rush for the viewers and competitors it is. And how valuable would be these movables to their drivers?

The digital gaming arena is upscaling and expanding at a vast pace with communities of serious gamers. The digital collectible market is also witnessing a precipitous rise. These assets are based on non-fungible tokens or unique tokens. Hence, limited in number and uniquely coded on the ERC721 blockchain. They can easily sell, switch modes, test the tracks through the beta drives or else, add latest accessories to their cars. Also, as an added benefit the number of cars available on the platform will be fixed and will never be increased in the future. Each car would be uniquely coded. The game will have 20 models of cars each representative of the 20 top cryptocurrencies. There will be 650 units of each model and this will be immutable.

This is a passionate project by BLOCKCHAIN STUDIOS who will be establishing the platform in three phases with links and support from third parties as well to make space for further innovations.

The process to get started:

• The user will need to prove the ownership of a car that is stored as an ERC721 token in the gamer's wallet.
• The car will be loaded on the game through MetaMask and other tools.
• The cars at first will be sold via the official Cryptocarz website.
• In the second phase, a dedicated Cryptocarz market will be available to the users to freely trade their cars.
• The cars can be altered by adding or replacing an Engine or a suspension. 3D images and garage tours will serve the purpose.

The main game will have:

• Single player and multiplayer modes
• A racing simulation tool
• Time trial and practice run option
• A GARAGE ROOM to modify, view and repair their car.

The Game will be first available on the desktop and then mobile/tablet access would be worked upon.

Later on, a feature called fast and furious will be added where challengers will be required to submit the decided amount of tokens under the escrowed contract and later on the tokens will be transferred to the winning party.

Phases:

• The Pre-development phase will involve laying of the technical foundation, designs of car models and smart contract developments.
• The Walk phase will involve further advancement of the VR garage, provision of changeable car components, working on animations such as road dust or exhaust fumes, a marketplace to buy and sell cars.
• The DRIVE phase will work towards integrating blockchain in tracks to trigger smart contracts, singleplayer time trials and beta testing, additional components and the market for such components as well.
• The RACE phase will involve multiplayer experience, new race tracks and those developed by outside parties will also be welcome here.
