Not sure when they started calling Government officials, "executives" .. lol . .but anyway, this is .. good news?
Yes, good news ...maybe.
200 individuals surveyed from 16 different countries .. 14% say they will have chains up and running this year, and 48% of the remainder say they will have their own in use by 2020.
The more governments understand the technology ..its inherent security, the efficiencies it affords, the productivity enhancement it provides ..the speed (well, they can only hope to be as fast as us!!!), they may come to embrace, support and promote the technology, including the economic activity surrounding and generated by crypto-currencies ...
OR..
.. fear its power, and see it as a means of undermining their own .. they will attempt to suppress and control it, to use it for their own demonic plans whilst greatly limiting the benefits to the downtrodden (ie. killing crypto-currencies) ...
