And yes, by innovation I mean BLOCKCHAIN also known as the technology behind bitcoin, technology behind Ethereum, technology behind steem!!!
Loyalty program is like when we get points for buying stuffs online, to me its always like “a gift from me to me” just like seeing money in my pocket when I am about to dry-clean, cool right?
Loyalty program benefits both the company and the consumer in different ways, one of the major reason is that it leads to brand loyalty, but as said earlier loyalty programs are difficult and challenging and cumbersome and it is generally expensive.
