The term "scriptural" can replace "cyberbull"

This was stated by the Deputy Minister of Finance. He believes that this term will more accurately display Idou new electronic currency. Alexei Moiseev noted that in light of the development and possible expansion of area of use new term new way to consider the national e-currency.

According to him, the term "scriptural" not exactly reflects the essence of a national digital currency. Thus there is a mixing of concepts. Both terms, scriptural and kiarrubi assume that used cryptographic principles. Streptorubin can be considered as e-currency, which will lay on any electronic purse, but if we talk about the wider functionality that will allow to expand spheres of use of cryptocurrency, it is necessary to use a different terminology.

It should be noted that cryptocurrencies currently do not have a specific status in Russia. They believe the digital currency, whose production is carried out on the Internet, and which have no physical expression. Some cryptocurrencies can be mined using their computers that calculate complex algorithms.

In Russia there is no yet consensus as to the future of cryptocurrency in the country. Vladimir Putin instructed by the middle of 2018 to develop a draft law that would regulate not only a cryptocurrency, but the process of extraction amount of cryptocoins and raising funds through ICO.

The Central Bank represented by its head Elvira Nabiullina has expressed its position on the rejection of private cryptocurrency as a payment instrument. CBA is developing its own electronic currency. In the future, its name and the concept may change from the "scriptorama" with "cyberbull".
