Few days ago while I was watching Suppoman’s video, I saw him talking about an ICO project, which I have passed on when I first came across it because I found the name of the project quite funny. After Suppoman’s video, I took a deeper look at this project and it is in fact a very interesting project. This project is called Birdchain (FYI it has nothing to do with birds or other animals).

We all have a mobile phone with a data package. In my data package, I have 500 SMS per month but nowadays with the 4G, most of the time I’d used Whatsapp or Wechat rather than SMS. So I felt like part of the money I paid for the data package is wasted because I didn’t use my SMS. I am sure that there are a lot of people out there that share this same feeling with me.

Now let’s talk about Birdchain and why does it have to do with the SMS. Birdchain is actually trying to help us from wasting those unused SMS by giving us the opportunity to sell them for cryptocurrency. Wonderful right?

Now you are asking, what are they going to do with our unused SMS? Birdchain plans to sell them to big company to reduce their cost of sending SMS. Company will be able to save a few pennies per SMS but the difference is hugeee when multiplied by the total amount of SMS sent per day. Imagine how many SMS companies like Google or Amazon send per day.

Some of you might not be interested in the way the system works and you just want to know how to earn cryptocurrency by selling your SMS. It is actually very easy. All you have to do is to download their application (sorry Apple fans, the app is now available for Android phone only) and the application will do everything for you. Regarding the ICO, while I was writing this, the soft cap of 1500ETH has already been met. The ICO will run until the end of May or until the hard cap, 10500ETH is reached. All the unsold tokens will be burned and this is going to make the tokens more valuable.

One of the things that I like the most about this projects is that they have already a number of partnership established before their ICO. As you can see on their website, they have carVertical, Orca, Iungo, BitRewards, OkRoute, VerifyUnion and Purple Minds, who are really to use the service provided by Birdchain.

Everything sounds wonderful but do they have a qualified team to delivered? Actually the team is the biggest PLUS for this project. Their core team consists of 22 members. Most of them has more than TEN YEARS of experiences in this area and many of them have been working together in a company called Vertex JSC. At the side of advisors, they have David A.Cohen, who is a former member of IOTA Foundation and the founder of E7 Ventures. It is good to see that they have a famous blockchain expert onboard.

In conclusion, I like the idea and it is a very good way to earn passive income. Moreover, Birdchain is the first one to come up with this idea so there is currently no competitor in the market. The team is very experienced and they certainly know what they are doing. They are also abled to establish so many partnership even before the ICO. You can see that this is a very strong project! After investing in Birdchain , I might want to get myself an Android phone now. Anyway, do your own research.
