This is a very ambitious project.
As someone who works in the healthcare industry, I would suggest focusing on a blockchain solution that relieves healthcare institutions of managing data. This not only imposes a huge cost (from data entry to managing databases), but also a liability. It would secure and centralize healthcare data and make it easier to share.
It would be your selling point to consumers and institutions.
This is ambitious for a reason. Marginal improvements are not fixing the problem.
We need a fundamental redesign of healthcare.
