How can videos be BLOCKCHAINED? A SIDECHAIN VIDEO CHANNEL>>>PROCESSING THOUGHT

Videos is certainly a force to reckon with. We have seen in recent trend that videos speak to all languages and really break barriers. The basic question therefore that comes to my mind is how can decentralized videos be shared among millions of people without the intervention of a middle organization or "company" which could track your DETAILS through either your IP computer or other means. Can people report information or news in a decentralized blockchain through videos that keep the reporter or producer as completely autonomous. Still a thought in process, however this has a potential to revolutionarized what i could call as "blockchain journalism"
