Leader Sir, all the suggestions you gave are powerfully unique, many people in my team opt-out as you said, just because they were not sent their passkey, and those on board are always complaining about the tinicity of the cent awarded for a great content they posted earlier,
can we say they were not curated because their content are not great?....... Believe me it's a talk of another day
Personally, I've written three post on my blog today that's still not curated.
Like you said many of this thing are to be address, to sustain this Great platform.

The quote i believe is not from this blog and secondly, it is most advisable not to burn your creativity out. From experience i post twice a day back then with lots of hours in between i.e morning and night.
The reason is simple; you might not get same curators for the three post leaving you with a slight chance of zero visibility for the lesser outstanding post. In other words, the most interesting of your three posts will take all the Glory(votes).
