The DAEX Platform was developed to tackle the current issues that plague the cryptocurrency exchanges with the introducing of a clearing solution that will aid in the provision of more transparency as well as efficiency. With DAEX, We will get an exchange that has characteristics of both the centralized and the Distributed exchanges in terms of security, speed, liquidity, flexibility, etc.

• Weakness - From my knowledge of the white paper and the website, one of the biggest weakness in my opinion is the presentation of the project. The team needs to show the general blockchain users the necessity of the DAEX Platform on the current exchanges and present it in an attractive way that even a lay man will be very much interested in it.

• Opportunities - with the current and growing numbers of cryptocurrency users and activities, this has created a very vast ground for the growth of the DAEX Platform and we have the coming of new cryptocurrency exchanges to handle such users. Once DAEX is implemented, it will go a very long way in the securement of users funds and providing a very transparent and efficient service for cryptocurrency users.

• Threats - DAEX will definitely face huge competitions as the space evolve and the only thing that will keep them in business is to keep upgrading their technology from time to time. There is also the non compliance of most exchanges as most of them are engaged in very biased activities. There is also the general threat of the regulation of the blockchain network.
