Thank you for emphasizing decentralization aspect of blockchain technology. However, I think it also is crucial to emphasize the lack of regulation for the time being, which allows malign parties to use decentralized structure to fraud without legal implications.

I believe in a future where blockchain is regulated / overseen with (maybe ideally) a decentralized authority (is that a thing?), it will be a viable option against conventional banking.
