RE: Oracle Files Blockchain Patent, Forks Tendermint?

in #blockchain8 years ago

I haven't quite formed gotten it all clear in my head yet but my thinking at the moment is that it's going to be virtually impossible to enforce patients on true blockchain technology because of their global open nature. This technology exists on the internet. It's physical presence is small and very mobile. There was even talk of putting satellites in space to run nodes of a few blockchains.

Will patients really matter?

That's my question too. Why Oracle will bother filling a patent for that?
