TRAVELLING JUST GOT BETTER WITH COOL COUSIN
A couple of years ago,I embarked on a trip to a city in my country, Nigeria. It was my first time visiting,and I was super excited about the opportunity to visit a new locality,meeting new people and trying out new food.
I checked about the place online,images and videos and personal experience of some persons that visited the city. I got alot of positive reviews and a handful of some negatives...
I did preliminary studies on the transportation to the place,the accommodation,the price of goods there,and the major entertainment centres.
I packed my bags and embarked on the journey.
So as to not bore you out with my story,the point I'm driving at is that it was a terrible experience. I got lost several times,and paid exurbitant fees for movement within the city because the locals new I was foreign to the area. I had to cut the tour short because It was no longer fun.
Several persons have experienced situations like this,or even worse because they had nobody on ground to provide assistance and guidance,to provide tips and suggestions so as to make sure their visit is successful.
