I like the idea of Buddy and believe it has a great potential if they are able to create a truly decentralized development platform that's fully automated. And as they are targetting developers, the task is not going to be an easy one, though you said the team is up to the task, I'll have to look them up since you don't the full team here. Well done for the deep review.
The team has professionals who have seen success at their previous professional commitments.
A blockchain service for developers makes a lot of sense right now because before we can hope for anything semblance to mass adoption, then developers have to get it right. Buddy will help them achieve this.
