The economics of crypto currency
So I don't very often, but I think this video is a must watch for all of us here on Steemit. Basically, this guy Thomas Lee from Upfront Ventures is talking about the economics of blockchain - and why in his opinion the crypto marketcap is going to increase dramatically over the next couple of years.
While he is talking about Bitcoin, as you will see his point can be expanded across the cryptosphere, including STEEM.
Basically, the gist of his argument is that millennials (those born between 1981 and the year 2000) are a much larger group worldwide than Generation X in terms of population, and that the millennial generation are going to be able to invest $1.5 trillion as of 2016 each year, every year.
He also makes the point that the crypto market cap, at the time of his lecture, was in economic terms, the 15th largest country in the world, and Wall St types are seriously beginning to build "gateways" into crypto for their businesses.
So watch this, and keep the faith.
