Designing the future of learning

I am among those who believe that blockchain technology is the next technological revolution after the printing press, computers and the internet. I am pretty positive that blockchain will be even bigger than the printing press, in term of access to information, since it removes the "middle man".

Today, if you want to get an education, you need first to to get into an education system, which is generally a school or university. Then this institution serves as intermediary between you and the knowledge you need, through a preset curriculum sanctioned by the states. You evolve in the system according to rules set by the institution and the states. In one hand this is not a bad thing at all, because schools help organized and validate the knowledge that you need in order to achieve your goal. In the other hand, school can be very expensive and therefore inaccessible to many. Also today there are many great online resources that can teach you just about anything you need. But many times these information are centralized controlled by companies or corporations that profit from it. Some websites are not even accessible in many places in the world. Wouldn't it be great if you can just access valuable information anywhere, anytime at an affordable cost?

I believe that these same idea that lead to the creation of bitcoin will also prevail in the creation of an blockchain of knowledge available to anyone on the platform for free. I will allow more flexibility and more accessibility. I predict that in the coming years, we will see more and more knowledge-based blockchain that will make it possible to spread valuable information and make it accessible to all and anyone, all over the planet.
