Blockchain EOS trend is growing and has many people excited about what comes in the future. Certainly @dantheman is very pretentious with this new project that offers a totally different and innovative programming universe, where his ideas of mixed socio-economic policies come true. In theory, it is a mixture of socialism-anarchism-capitalism.

As some already know, EOS pretends to be Ethereum competitor, it's developed by block.one and will create an application that helps the programming of decentralized projects and that will be made to benefits all those are within it. The EOS network allow to produce blocks every 3 seconds and depending on the amount of EOS token you accumulate (DoP) you will be entitled to create more blocks at any time and transactions are free of commission. EOS has the record of having collected more than 180 million dollars in its beginnings of the ICO, having as a consequence a grown to position number six in the ranking of coinmarketcap.

Since then it has received support from many investors and developers, the latter have decided to present their projects and support to EOS. A couple of months ago block.one clarified that they will spend 1 billion USD for the development of the EOS blockchain and their communities. The CEO of block.one stated that the best way to invest capital is in venture capital (VC) companies. For now, almost half a billion USD have been distributed in three companies and the other half will announce it shortly.

Many of these companies have been interested in promoting EOS through VC, so they use a marketing strategy called airdrops. The airdrops are a opening phase of any project in which they give free parts of their resources as a form of promotion to attract the attention of consumers. In a blockchain term it is very effective because people who realize they received coins in which they did not invest or were not involved, this will create a reaction of curiosity about the project, reaching the point that they could use it more in comparison to their usual coins.

At the moment there are some advertising companies for VCs that are promoting the EOS blockchain, such as airdropforeos.com. This platform collects BP (Block Producers) projects that will be part of the EOS community reflecting the proposals, dates and conditions to be part of the airdrops of each project's tokens. In my case, it caught my attention because the BEANS token aridrop from @eos.cafe and other interesting proposals are being made.

@eos.cafe is a project that seeks to promote community EOS providing physical space for meetings of BP and their communities. Not only they seek to open coffee shops around the world (cafes!), but also that people who maintain the tokens receive incentives for being part of the project and also offering spaces in the nodes for programmers who want to develop through them, making an action in themselves of win-win for all those involved in the BEANS smart contract.

@eos.cafe is currently under airdrops and I already received 10,000 BEANS tokens for being part of their community. Everyone can receive their tokens from the airdrop by filling out the form found at airdropforeos.com and following the conditions explained on that form. Additionally, I collaborated with the website of airdropforeos translating some of its texts and I had the honor of being part of its community of collaborators together with Miguel Dans in the Spanish translation team.

I look forward to the launch of EOS blockchain. A platform that promotes a democratic and decentralized policy, based on a constitution that will be established by the entire community involved. They propose a new philosophy, a new technology and a new future.
