My revolutionary idea. Blockchain Government System (BGS)

Yesterday i had an idea.
In the sixth century before christ, Athens was a city-state, with with their laws, whith his government. Athens remained beeing the economy center of the world for a long 100 years.
How they did it?

They use a democracy. U will say "(stupid kid's voice) hahaha my country is a democratic country too hahaha".
ok, but not. The actual countrys calls democracy to things that aren't democracys, the actual "democracys" actually are representative government republics. Who say that? Let's see.

USA is a democracy?

John Adams (USA president 1791)
"democracy will soon degenerate into anarchy."
"Remeber, democracy never last long."

James Madison (4º USA president)
"Democracy have ever been found incompatible with personal security or the rights of property."
