This look great my man. we all have hard time waiting for people to respond to our emails, as we wait for out job applications to be answered.
The current process is not efficient at and large corporations have been hiring smaller ones to do the hiring for them for the past several decades. By putting the whole process on blockchain it would be an easily shared mutually accessible database by both the hiring company and the recruit.
Although I would have to read some more to get a better idea of the security measures that they have placed for customer protection. But I am confident that this project is run by a competent bunch.

I would be fascinated to see a crypto/blockchain based online hiring/resume service kick some of the current sites like indeed/linkden etc. If implemented well I could see it going far!
