Content creation is the contribution of information to any media and most especially to digital media for an end-user/audience in specific contexts. In this new era where technology has taken all over the world, a lot of people try to get knowledge and informations that will create a positive impact in their lives through most online platforms such as Facebook,LinkedIn, Twitter, telegram and many more because it's easier to access, and knowledge they say is power, when one is not informed he/she will be deformed.

One of the keys to creating a good and quality content is by understanding how to interact with the consumers and creating contents based on the needs of the consumers because without the consumers there will be no need for content creation. But the most discouraging aspect of reading all these contents is that the consumers do not gain anything rather the platforms that distribute the contents created benefits more even more than the publisher's/producers of the contents and this is discouraging.
