Data derived from artificial intelligence (AI) is of great importance to both small and large scale data users to power their algorithms. The data economy is facing a lot of challenges which go a long a way to greatly affect the output of its usage. Although there are large volumes of data out there for the perusal of data users but the fact is, they are scattered in the system which makes it very difficult to get right amount of data needed. Usually, the larger companies like yahoo and google are mostly not faced with this challenge because they have so many avenues of collecting and putting data together. It is the smaller ones which are mostly affected.
There is wide gap created between those who have access to sufficient data and those with insufficient amount. The widespread of false and fabricated data is greatly destroying their usefulness. Data sellers do not care about the quality of the data being sold so long as they are making profit from it. When one feeds a system with garbage, then garbage should be expected as an output. There are no systems in place to check the authenticity of the data being sold to data users. Most data suppliers are not reliable. They tend to stop providing data when remunerations are not forth coming. This is normal among humans; we tend to perform at our peak when there is some incentive backing what we do. It is disheartening to know that the original data owners receive the smallest share of the revenue generated from data sales. The system is not being fair to these people and they need someone to intervene.
This is where QUADRANT comes in. We are here to offer lasting solutions to all these problem using a single platform. The Quadrant Protocol is a blockchain-based network protocol that ensures authenticity in the data created and distributed in its ecosystem. Quadrant will act as a blueprint that provides an organized system for data usage and decentralization. One distinct feature on the Quadrant platform which gives them a competitive advantage is the constellation of distinct data sources in such a way that they can be utilized by data vendors and consumers to enable them compete with big firms. Quadrant will further ensure equality and equity in the distribution of revenues generated from the sales of AI data. We will as well create an ecosystem which will incentivize data providers to ensure constant supply of their data.

Most of the data people provide are fake all because of lack of incentives. I think with the introduction of incentives, people will now be willing to give out the accurate information.
If we continue to feed our system with fake data we will surely produce wrong information. I just pray this project becomes successful. Even if am I miss the ICO, I will still buy at exchange
