Ultra already for 6+ million USD In seed raising, seed raising means pre-ico phase or what?
The process of raise money for project's advancement has been called lots of names recently in crypto. For me, as long as I see a statement containing a figure and the word raising, I just conclud it's ICO, IEO or what it may be called. It's still all same thing to me.
The names keep coming up and sometimes i misplace the priority or meaning of each one
