Is it safe to say that buddy will provide a blockchain version of a software development kit, which wil be used for dApps just like SDKs are used for normal mobile applications?

As regarding your question, in technicalities such comparisons can be made between the decentralized solutions buddy provides to development of dApps, and the proprietary operating systems. However i will like to point out that buddy offers a lot more than just that and the blockchainOps is just one of the many innovations this project provides.
