On July 5th, the Polybius crowdfunding ICO has finished, and now, after five weeks of worries, joys (and at times difficulties), they can safely say that the ICO has not only achieved its goals, but it managed to exceed most expectations.

Latest Statistics

Starting from May 31st, when the fundraising began, the Polybius project collected over 12.000 BTC (or over $31 million) with the help of more than 26,000 participants. A total of 3,650,521 tokens have been sold with the remaining soon to be destroyed.

How it Happened

Within the first day of the ICO, the first milestone of $1.5 million has been reached. Yes, we still remember the promised article related to the technical problems that arose in the early days of the ICO due to the large influx of people wishing to become a part of the project — stay tuned!;
Within the first six days after the start of the Polybius tokens (PLBT) sale, sufficient funds were collected to not only expand the scope of Polybius Bank but to also fund the development of the DigitalPass technology — $10 million;
And despite the natural fluctuations in the cryptocurrency exchange rate that happened in mid-June, by the end of the ICO, we were able to reach the 5th milestone. Monies collected over $25 million will be used for venture capital investment.
